How it works

What just happened, in plain terms

Real-time bidding sells one impression at a time. Every time someone opens a page or an app screen, that single ad slot is put up for auction, priced by the buyers who want that exact person, and filled. All of it happens inside the time it takes the rest of the page to load.

  1. 10–6 ms

    An impression appears

A reader opens the page. One ad slot becomes available for one person, once.

  2. 26–14 ms

    The request is described

AdTrue packages what buyers are allowed to know: country, device, app or site, page context, format, consent status. No names, no personal identity.

  3. 314–63 ms

    Buyers price it

Demand partners and direct deals evaluate the request against their campaigns and return a price or pass. Anything slower than the timeout is simply not counted.

  4. 463–71 ms

    The auction clears

The highest bid wins and pays just above the runner-up. Floors, deal priorities and brand-safety rules are applied before the winner is picked.

  5. 571–96 ms

    The ad renders

The winning creative is returned and drawn into the slot. The reader sees one ad; the publisher earns one price set by competition.

  6. Continuously

    The loop learns

Every outcome feeds floor pricing, bid shading and traffic-quality models, so the next auction for the same inventory starts smarter.

What's different

Most networks resell. We run the exchange.

Anyone can put a tag on a page. The difference shows up in who controls the auction, who answers when something breaks, and how much of the price survives the trip from buyer to publisher.

Our own stack, not a white label

The bidder, ad server, reporting layer and optimization models are built and operated in-house on backbone systems we own. That means pricing logic we can explain line by line, and changes shipped in days rather than filed as a ticket with a vendor in another timezone.

Compared with:reselling another platform's inventory under a new logo.

AdTrue exchange

Local teams sit with local publishers in the same city, speaking the same language and working the same hours, while the demand side reaches buyers across more than 100 countries. Regional supply gets treated as a first-class market instead of a rounding error on someone else's dashboard.

Compared with:a support address and a help-center article.

Quality filtered before the bid, not after

Invalid traffic, misdeclared inventory and unsafe context are screened pre-bid, so buyers do not pay for impressions that will be clawed back later and publishers are not judged by traffic they never wanted. Clean supply is what keeps bid density high over time.

Compared with:discovering the problem in next month's discrepancy report.

One partner across ads, apps and channels

Beyond ad serving, the group builds and publishes mobile apps and games, and manages channels for content creators and enterprises. A publisher can monetize, grow the product, and distribute content without assembling three separate vendors.

Compared with:monetization as the only conversation on the table.

Prices you can trace

Bid-level reporting shows what was requested, what was bid, what cleared and what was deducted. Floors and unified pricing rules are yours to set, per format and per market, with the effect visible in the next day's numbers rather than at the end of the quarter.

Compared with:a single blended eCPM and a monthly statement.

Solutions

Two sides of the same auction

Audience and context targeting

Reach by market, language, device, app category, page context, time of day and behavioural segments, then cap frequency so the same person is not bought five times.

Retargeting and lookalikes

Bring back people who visited, installed or abandoned, and extend to audiences that behave like your best customers.

Brand safety controls

Allow and block lists, category exclusions, viewability thresholds and pre-bid IVT filtering applied before a single impression is paid for.

Live measurement

Spend, impressions, viewability, clicks, installs and post-install events in one dashboard, exportable and reconcilable against your own tracker.

Direct and private deals

Lock premium placements through PMP or programmatic guaranteed when open auction is not the right instrument.

Managed or self-serve

Run campaigns yourself, or hand the optimization to a local team that reports in your language.

Demand

Where the demand comes from

Global DSPs, regional buyers, direct advertisers and in-house deals bid on the same inventory. Which of them show up depends heavily on the market your audience sits in, and we would rather say that out loud than let a forecast do the talking.
